Some new shots I have made this winter. They are typical, however have a special value to me. This one made during first real snowfall of this winter in a nearby forest at Harazhdzha: Canon 6D, Canon EF 28-105 USM 3.5-5.6 at 28mm, 1/250, ISO100, f5.0  This one is a hungry squirrel in a nearby park. (Was raining) We took a walk with seeing nearby river Prut. It has those kinds of waterfall like places at Yaremcha. The Common Moorhen (Gallinula chloropus) is a bird in the Rail family with an almost worldwide distribution. It is often called the "Common Waterhen", especially in the British Isles[citation needed], and this is a more descriptive name because the bird lives around well-vegetated marshes, ponds, canals, etc., and is usually not found in moorland. Another name, popular in the USA, is Common Gallinule. The bird is not found in the polar regions, or many tropical rainforests. This photo was taken using the best of all the lenses in the world. Canon EF 70-200 2.8 USM IS II . It is a lens of beauty. Note this picture is taken with crop sensor camera. So this is in fact about 300mm equivalent of focus distance. Those swans were exercising and I have seen a lot of nice scenes like this one. Thanks for a friend for this great lens to test out. It was the reason for me buying the Canon 100-400 4-5.6 IS USM . This was a start of the bird watching hobby of mine. I have never experienced usage of Canon L lenses before.
