What you call a chiffchaff is not one. Chiffchaff and other Phylloscopus never have such prominent black stripes, they are all mostly uniform olive-yellow-grayish. This one is Sedge Warbler (Камышевка-барсучок).
For the one you call Juvenile Spotted Flycatcher it does not look like one for me too. I am not sure Spotted Flycatcher has such long pointed yellow bill. For me it looks more like some Phylloscopus warbler though I cannot tell exactly.
