Stock image before/after post production

I am often asked if I'm making pictures that are so good that do pass and sell at stock agencies.
Here is the a picture to demonstrate the answer! The image is old enough and made in prehistoric times with no proper equipment available to me. However it seems to demonstrate the whole idea on how much work it is in a single stock photo. Note those are often sold in batches like 5-10 photos composed to one.
